6063 alloy element chemical content:
T-slot aluminum extrusion profiles are usually extruded from aluminum alloy 6000 series materials;

Including 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463, etc. Usually tempered to T3, T4, T5 or T6 condition to increase hardness;

Due to the different chemical composition of different materials of aluminum profiles, its tensile strength, yield strength and hardness and other properties are different.

The aluminum alloy composition of 6063 is Al, even more than 97%.
