PVDF coating aluminum profile is a dry surface treatment procedure. Fine pigment particles are electrostatically treated and sprayed onto the product to form a coating, which is cured by a curing oven to form a solid coating. Nowadays, most of the colored aluminum profiles in the market are achieved by powder coating. The coating thickness can be up to 40~120μm.
