The simple steps of powder coating production process are as follows:

Shelving – Pickling – Washing – Chromating – Washing – Drying – Unshelving – Shelving – Spraying – Curing – Unloading – Packaging

Our sprayed layer has been tested for bending resistance and impact resistance, and the coating is detected to be free of cracks and peeling.

During the process, no particles will be left in the air, which will make the surface color of our profiles smooth enough and without any particles on the surface. Actually this is a technical problem which is hard to be solved by other factories. This is also the advantage of our products compared with the same color profiles in the market.

1. Payment: T/T, 30% down payment, balance before shipment.

2. Settlement: Charge according to the final actual weight or according to the theoretical weight of the drawing
3. Delivery date: 20-25 days delivery after receiving deposit.
4. Mold: 12-15 days after down payment and drawing confirmation.
5. Goods: 22-25 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment.
