Surface treatment

1. Anodizing: The thickness of anodizing is between 10-13um, the surface is not easy to scratch. Small scratches can be removed easily.

2. Wood grain: high quality and low price, waterproof, moisture-proof, wind-resistant, sun-proof, warranty 15 years.

3. Powder coating: no particles will be left in the air during the processing, which will make the surface color of our profiles smooth enough without any particles on the surface.

4. Sandblasting: fine sand, smooth surface without burrs.

5. Polishing: Bright anodized polished profiles level 3 can meet the very high quality requirements, no mechanical lines on the surface, brightness up to about 500 mesh.

6. Drawing: high quality, one person is also responsible for any problems.

7. Electrophoresis: the surface is brighter and smoother than the anodized surface.
