It is mainly extruded from 6000 series aluminum alloy, including 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463, etc.. In order to increase its hardness, the extruded profiles will be aged and tempered to T3 – T6. Our surface treatments are oxidized, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain, brushed, polished, etc. The thickness of the oxidized film is more than 13um, and the powder coating is more than 40um.
