For aluminum profiles with a length of 3m – 6m, we use internal plastic film or plastic bag packaging and external waterproof kraft paper packaging to protect the product.

Inquiry —— Samples or CAD drawings (provided by customers) —-CAD drawings (our company) —– Drawing confirmation —– Mould making —– Sample molding — Mass production —- Inspection —— Delivery

1. After the mold drawings are confirmed, both parties with regular molds can directly place an order for production. If you need to open the mold to confirm the mold drawing and receive the full amount of your company’s mold cost, we will arrange to open the mold. Molding time 10-12 working days, the mold is completed. Blanks within 1 meter will be provided free of charge for your company’s confirmation, and more than one meter will be sold at normal unit price;

2. The MOQ is set at 500KG.
