Small anodized aluminum extrusions is a common manufacturing process mainly used to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of aluminum alloy products. Aluminum profiles are first extruded, then subjected to deep CNC machining and finally surface treatment. During the process, the aluminum profiles are machined into specified sizes and shapes, and then an oxidized film is formed on the surface to give them better corrosion resistance and decorative properties.

1. Processing: Cut the raw material into the required size and shape.
2. Cleaning treatment: Remove impurities such as oil, aluminum oxide and dust on the surface of aluminum alloy to form a more uniform and solid oxide film.
3. Anodation treatment: the processed small aluminum extrusion profiles immersed in the oxidation tank, through the electrolytic reaction to generate a dense layer of oxide film, so that the surface of the lettering, healing lines more clear, more vivid color.
4. Closed holes, sealing the holes and cavities to improve corrosion resistance.
5. Edge treatment, to ensure that the surface is not easy to damage, but also need to edge treatment of aluminum profiles and small parts.
