1. 2 track aluminum storm windows: This design usually consists of two tracks, one of which is used to slide the window sash, and the other track is used to support and fix the sash. The two-track design is usually suitable for lower height or lighter weight windows as it provides basic sliding functionality while maintaining structural simplicity.

2. 3 track aluminum storm windows design: The three-track design consists of three tracks, two of which are used to slide the sash and the other to support and secure the sash.
