Custom Extruded Aluminum Enclosures Used For Motor Shell which is with higher requirement to machanical property, processing formability, resistance to corrosion,fatigue resistance and welding performance. Now, it is universally adopted 6063 aluminum alloy as raw material, subjected to national standar GB/T3190, formed through hot extrusion by aluminum alloy extruder.

Surface Treatment

As a large-scale comprehensive aluminum factory, we have implemented international advanced technologies with high automation in  sand blasting, anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grains, fluorocarbon spraying, and our product quality reached international leading level.

Anodized: The surface can hardly be scratched with an anodizing thickness between 10 and 13 um. Small scratch marks can be easily removed.

Wood Grain: Lower price with excellent quality, waterproof, moisture-proof, wind-resistant and sun-resistant, warranty for 15 years.

Powder Coating: No particles can stay in the air during the processing, which would allow our profile surface color to be smooth enough and without any particles on the surface.

Sand Blasted: Fine sand, smooth surface without any burr.

Polishing: Shining anodized polished profiles level 3 can fulfill extremely high quality requirements, no mechanical line on the surface while the brightness shall reach around 500 mesh.

Brushed: High quality, one is also responsible for problems.

Electrophoresis: Surface is more shining and looks more smoothly than anodizing surface.

Packaging

Inner Packing: protective film on surface without logo for each piece.

Outside Packing: waterproof craft paper,taking up about 3%-5% of the gross weight.

Inner Packing: protective polybag for each piece.

Outer Packing: wooden pallets + iron trolley.

Customization: packing according to customer’s demands.

QC

100% QC online and final inspection before delivery. The products shall have no scratches, deformation, or no bruises on the surface within one meter. An evenly coloring surface treatment was subjected to the sample.

Before delivery,  you can send a representative to inspect the goods or ask a third party to inspect the goods are both OK.

If there is a quality problem, you can ask for a return or exchange.
